As all training plans are bespoke and built around an athletes requirements we do not have set plan prices because every plan is different.
There are lots of factors to consider in a training plan and these will be discussed with you during an introductory telephone call or email if you prefer. I will offer you a price for the plan after our discussion about your needs and it will be a one off fee for the whole plan and not a monthly subscription.
The plan will be linked to the athlete via Training Peaks and you will receive one or two weeks training at a time. The reason for this is that sessions are constantly monitored and other sessions are changed constantly depending on an athletes performance and needs. The other reason is that it does an athlete no good at all looking at what is in store later in the plan as this often causes anxiety and under performance.
After agreeing the plan schedule I would expect the athlete to aim towards completing around 95% of the sessions on the plan and executing each session at 100% to get the best out of the plan. Things do go wrong in life though and the plan is totally flexible to accommodate the unexpected surprises that life throws up.
You will, however find that our prices are very competitive and affordable.
